隨著數(shù)字化技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,濟(jì)南二機(jī)床集團(tuán)有限公司不斷推進(jìn)遠(yuǎn)程專家系統(tǒng)研發(fā),優(yōu)化遠(yuǎn)程解決方案。專家系統(tǒng)作為智能制造的一部分,將不斷助力客戶實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字化升級(jí),進(jìn)一步提高生產(chǎn)效率并降低成本。近日,濟(jì)南二機(jī)床利用“JIER LINK”平臺(tái),成功完成了北美一家著名汽車公司墨西哥項(xiàng)目的跨國(guó)預(yù)驗(yàn)收工作。
With the continuous development of digital technology, JIER continues to promote the Remote Expert System research and development, and optimize the remote solution. As part of intelligent manufacturing, the Expert System will continuously help customers to realize digital upgrading, further improve production efficiency and reduce costs. Recently, JIER has successfully completed virtual buyoff of the Mexico project for the famous OEM auto company in North America through JIER LINK platform.

由于新冠肺炎疫情旅行限制影響,北美客戶所在的美國(guó)和墨西哥團(tuán)隊(duì)無(wú)法如期到濟(jì)二現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行預(yù)驗(yàn)收。此次驗(yàn)收采用的頭戴設(shè)備具備AI人工智能和AR增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù),采用近眼顯示方式,佩戴后通過(guò)全語(yǔ)音控制解放雙手,實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程音視頻交互,達(dá)到驗(yàn)收人員親臨現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的同等效果。位于濟(jì)南的二機(jī)床工程師與客戶所在的墨西哥和美國(guó)的工程師團(tuán)隊(duì)共享第一視角畫面,隨時(shí)按照驗(yàn)收人員的指令操作,并對(duì)關(guān)鍵驗(yàn)收節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行講解。通過(guò)“JIER LINK”平臺(tái),濟(jì)南二機(jī)床可為用戶提供超清全局或局部視頻圖像,供對(duì)方在計(jì)算機(jī)上查看存檔,全程記錄驗(yàn)收過(guò)程。
Due to the travel restrictions of Coronavirus Pandemic, the customer’s project team in USA and Mexico could not come to JIER workshop for buyoff as scheduled. However, the buyoff was successfully completed with the help of head-mounted camera with AI (Artificial Intelligence) and AR (Augmented Reality)technologies.This wearable device uses near-eye display, and enables handsfree through fullvoice control after wearing, thus realizes remote audio and video interaction,and makes people feel as if they were right there on the shop floor. The JIER engineers in China and the customer’s engineering team in Mexico and USA share dfirst-hand view. The JIER technician wearing the device walked around the workshop site and operated according to the instructions from the acceptance personnel at anytime, and explained the key acceptance points. Through JIER LINK platform, JIER provided super clear global or local video images for the customer to check, archive and record the whole buyoff process.

除遠(yuǎn)程驗(yàn)收外,濟(jì)南二機(jī)床遠(yuǎn)程專家系統(tǒng),可實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目實(shí)時(shí)跟進(jìn)、在線技術(shù)交流、設(shè)備遠(yuǎn)程診斷、可視化遠(yuǎn)程作業(yè)、培訓(xùn)及售后服務(wù)指導(dǎo)等多場(chǎng)景應(yīng)用,為用戶提供全流程解決方案,提升用戶滿意度。
Besides virtual buyoff, JIER’s Remote Expert System can also achieve multiple scenario applications such as real time tracking of project progress,on-line business communication, equipment remote diagnosis, visualized remote operation, training and after-sales service, providing whole process solutions to customers’ satisfaction.
